“I had what I thought was going to be a problem with a tooth and called to see if I could get an emergency appointment (for me it was an emergency). I was told to come in and someone would see to the problem. Turned out not to be that big an issue, so while I was there, I had a full exam and cleaning. Something that is generally unusual.
